Through her extensive experience in the fitness industry, Monica developed a growing interest in nutrition, health and the various co-morbidities associated with overweight and obesity. After completing various nutrition courses, she began coaching primarily women struggling with weight issues, teaching them methods to change unhealthy behaviours.
In 2021, Monica expanded her knowledge by obtaining her certification as a Personal Health Coach (CAS) from the University of Basel. Since then, she has been able to address stress management and diseases related to unhealthy habits such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems and more.
As a woman in her late 50s, Monica is also able to offer insight into menopausal challenges and hormonal influences.
Monica is a strong advocate of a holistic approach to prevention, which she believes is the key to a healthier and longer life.
